Connected stages.
One founder journey.
Shared venture memory.
Every decision connected.
The final say.
Always.
Research in one tab. Numbers in another. A pitch that quietly tells a different story.
Today, the founder holds it all together. IncubAItor gives your venture a connected foundation.
Three assets. Three prices. One uncomfortable conversation.
Your evidence, model and approved assets share the same source of truth.
Fictional price-drift example from the IncubAItor presentation.
Your venture becomes a living record of what you learned,
what you decided and why it matters.
Evidence, assumptions, decisions and assets stay linked, with their sources and version history.
Shared Venture MemoryWeak assumptions become practical challenges. Resolve them with evidence, or accept the risk on the record.
Truth GuardAI proposes and explains. A deterministic engine calculates the financial consequences of your inputs.
Deterministic financial coreExplore the concept. Adjust the price, follow the consequences and review the proposed changes before you approve.
Baseline assumption: customers will pay $499. Evidence still needs to be collected.
Synthetic example: 12 enterprise seats. Other revenue and spending held constant. Approval affects this browser demo only.
Eight connected stages. A path toward first customers, a sustainable business or the right investment.
Separate the customer’s problem from the solution you imagine. Capture what you know, what you assume and what you need to learn.
The full product vision. Capabilities are delivered in phases; initial scope focuses on B2B SaaS validation and economics.
Your venture deserves its own identity. Your documents deserve the same care as your thinking.
A coherent operating case for partners and lenders.
A clear story that earns the next conversation.
Decisions, evidence and numbers that belong together.
Product vision. Exports are versioned snapshots. Approved logos are reused exactly. Fictional venture covers shown.

First-time founders and the accelerators, incubators and university programs that support them. The initial product scope focuses on English-speaking B2B SaaS ventures.
You remain in control. IncubAItor prepares research, challenges assumptions and proposes updates. You decide what to approve and which risks to accept.
Research, evidence, assumptions, decisions, calculations and approved assets stay connected in a persistent venture record. A change can be traced through the financial model and the documents it affects.
The intended sharing model is private by default. A founder releases an approved snapshot to the program; interviews, drafts and scenarios remain in the founder’s workspace unless explicitly shared.
The FinFlow demonstration is a fictional venture using the presentation’s synthetic example. It illustrates the product concept. The website is a product introduction, not a live connection to a founder workspace.
IncubAItor is in development. The full eight-stage journey describes the product vision; capabilities are being delivered in phases. Proposed pricing and pilot plans remain subject to validation.
